    DESCRIPTION

    GEOGRAPHICAL SITUATION: Rama Caída Place, San Rafael Mendoza

    SOIL AND SUB SOIL: Primary and secondary alluvium as a result of the growth and confluence of the Atuel and Diamante rivers.

    VARIETY: 100% Malbec

    AGE OF THE VINEYARDS: 25 years on average

    VINIFICATION: Manual harvest with double selection, followed by a third selection in the winery. Gravity vatting, partial destemming, 30% not destemmed in its best parts, traditional fermentation of 25 days in cement vats without temperature control, pneumatic pressing and systematic malolactic fermentation.

    AGING: 12 months in oak barrels for one, two and three uses, Bottling without gluing or filtration for 18 months.

    PERSONALITY AND AGING: it is part of the great Malbecs of finesse, elegance and depth. The best vintages can be kept for up to 15 years.
