VINEYARD MANAGEMENT: Conventional in the process of conversion to organic. Mass selections of vines with old genetic load.
SOILS: Alluvial-fluvial with a high content of calcium carbonate with mainly intrusive rocks.
TASTING NOTES: Purplish red in color with good shine, on the nose reminiscent of raspberry, black fruit and plum. In the mouth black fruit, with an initial tannin with greater grip, present but moderate acidity, good density on the palate. It is a wine with high structure.
Recommended temperature to consume it: 16 ° / 18 ° degrees.

MALOLACTIC FERMENTATION: In concrete egg of 3000 liters.
AGING: 11 months in cement eggs.
